Tuesday, September 29, 2026 - Tom Hiddleston has offered a rare glimpse into his life as a father, describing parenthood as a “privilege” and an honour.
In a new Men’s Health UK interview, the actor said his children are now a major motivation behind his commitment to staying fit and healthy. Hiddleston shares two children with actor Zawe Ashton.
The 45-year-old actor explained that he wants to remain strong and active so he can keep up with his children, play football, swim, run and enjoy physical activities with them.
He also said he is conscious that his children are watching him and that he wants to set an example through his own approach to health and movement.
Hiddleston’s comments offer an unusually personal look at a side of his life he and Ashton generally keep private.
The couple welcomed their second child in late 2025, while continuing to protect their children’s privacy by keeping details such as their names and genders out of the public spotlight.
