Thursday, September 10, 2026 - Kirstie Allsopp has given fans an encouraging update after a serious fall left her needing emergency surgery and an air ambulance.
The Location, Location, Location presenter revealed that, just over a week after surgery, she has regained a significant amount of feeling in her toes and leg.
The 55-year-old said she is now focused on healing, while thanking the people who helped her and the fans who have sent messages of support.
The accident happened while Allsopp was walking on the beach at Welcombe Mouth on Devon’s north coast. After slipping, she suffered an injury serious enough to require an airlift and emergency treatment.
Despite the frightening ordeal, she has remained positive during her recovery, describing the period as an exercise in “patience and humility” and sharing glimpses of her life while recovering in bed.
Allsopp is already looking ahead, confirming that plans to film a Location, Location, Location Christmas special in October are still expected to go ahead. She says she will work around her injured leg while continuing her recovery, showing that the setback has not stopped her from thinking about what comes next.
For now, her priority is healing properly, with her latest update offering fans a welcome sign of progress after such a dramatic accident.
