Tuesday, September 8, 2026 - Grief and anger are spreading through the southern Iranian town of Kuhestak after a projectile struck a wedding gathering during a period of US military strikes in the region.
About 150 women had gathered at a family home for the celebration when the explosion hit on September 1. At least four people, including a child, were killed and more than 60 others were injured, according to local authorities.
