Wednesday, April 15, 2026-Belgium and Spain have each pledged €1 billion in fresh military aid to Ukraine, marking a significant boost in European support as the war grinds on.
The commitments were confirmed following high-level defense talks with Ukrainian officials, with both countries aligning on urgent priorities including air defense, drone warfare, and long-range artillery.
The combined €2 billion package underscores a renewed push by European allies to strengthen Ukraine’s battlefield capabilities at a critical moment.
