Thursday, October 1, 2026 - Rita Ora is facing a $4.2 million legal battle after her former manager, Sarah Stennett, launched a High Court claim over alleged unpaid earnings.
Stennett’s company, FAE Ventures, claims it is owed around £3.2 million from commissions connected to Ora’s touring and television work. The two worked together for years before ending their professional relationship in 2024.
According to the legal claim, the largest disputed amount is around £1.7 million, which FAE Ventures says relates to alleged improper deductions for services including advertising, accounting and insurance.
The company also alleges that more than £1.1 million in touring income was not properly reported during Ora’s Phoenix World Tour between 2019 and 2020. The claim further raises questions about payments connected to Ora’s role as a judge on The Masked Singer.
The allegations have not been determined by the court, and Ora had not filed a defence at the time of reporting.
The dispute marks a dramatic turn in the relationship between the singer and the manager who helped launch her career. After leaving FAE Ventures in 2024, Ora signed with new representation as she continued developing her music and film projects.
