MEGHAN MARKLE parts ways with talent agent as he gives blunt answer about her career

Thursday, October 1, 2026 - Meghan Markle has reportedly parted ways with veteran Hollywood agent Ari Emanuel, who has now offered a blunt response when asked about the Duchess of Sussex’s career.

In a recent interview, Emanuel was asked where he believes Meghan’s career is heading after their professional relationship ended. His response was direct: “Here’s the great thing: I don’t have to think about that anymore.” Despite Emanuel stepping away, WME has confirmed that the agency continues to represent Meghan and Archewell.

Meghan signed with WME in April 2023 as she explored opportunities in film, television, production and brand partnerships. Emanuel was initially among the high-profile agents attached to her account, alongside Brad Slater and Jill Smoller.

Reports earlier this year indicated that Emanuel and Slater had dropped off her account, although WME continued to represent Meghan and Archewell Productions.

The development comes as Meghan continues to explore her next entertainment moves. She has reportedly been in talks for a role in the third season of Guy Ritchie’s Netflix series The Gentlemen, which would mark a significant return to acting since her Suits days.

Meghan and Prince Harry have also recently relocated with their children to the U.K., with settling into their new life reportedly remaining their immediate focus. Meanwhile, Meghan’s professional future continues to attract attention as she considers new opportunities across entertainment and media.
