Wednesday, September 23, 2026 - Tom Cruise stole attention at the London premiere of his new film Digger as he reunited with Prince William and Kate Middleton on the red carpet.
The Prince and Princess of Wales attended the world premiere at ODEON Luxe Leicester Square on September 22, joining Cruise, director Alejandro G. Iñárritu and a host of stars. Cruise warmly greeted William and complimented his black velvet tuxedo, while he and Kate were later seen chatting together during the high-profile event.
The evening also brought together the royals and David Beckham, who attended with his sons Cruz and Romeo.
The Beckhams posed for photographs alongside William and Kate, with William and David sharing a laugh while Kate chatted with the Beckham brothers. Cruise, meanwhile, appeared in high spirits throughout the premiere, greeting fans and signing autographs as attention focused on the star-studded gathering.
Kate added another major talking point with her striking purple Jenny Packham gown, paired with jewellery associated with the royal family, including earrings that belonged to Princess Diana and the Queen Mother’s amethyst sautoir necklace.
The premiere was also the 73rd Royal Film Performance, supporting the UK’s Film and TV Charity. With Digger scheduled to arrive in UK cinemas on October 2, the glamorous London event has already generated significant attention around Cruise’s latest project.
