PAM BONDI defies House subpoena over EPSTEIN files

Friday, April 10, 2026-Pam Bondi, the former Florida attorney general and current political figure, has reportedly defied a House subpoena related to documents connected to the Epstein investigation, escalating an already politically sensitive dispute over access to sealed or restricted records.

According to congressional sources, the subpoena sought testimony and documentation tied to how various officials and agencies handled materials related to the case of Jeffrey Epstein.

Bondi’s refusal to comply has intensified tensions between congressional investigators and individuals named in broader inquiries into the handling of Epstein-related files.

Lawmakers pushing for disclosure argue that the documents are essential for understanding how the case was managed and whether proper procedures were followed.

Critics of the subpoena, however, have raised concerns about political motivations and the scope of congressional oversight. The dispute is now expected to move toward potential enforcement actions as pressure mounts for compliance.
