When Israel attacked Iran first, it was a momentous day for Israel, as that attack inflicted more damage than the combined efforts of the rest of their attacks.”
Trump’s remarks occurred as he urged Republicans to repeal the filibuster rule, enabling the passage of legislation in the Senate with a simple majority. He contended that his party should prioritize the filibuster repeal in a manner analogous to Israel’s initiation of the war against Iran.
Iran’s devastating retaliatory response compelled the US and Israeli regimes to call for a cessation of hostilities after a twelve-day duration.
