Friday, November 7, 2025 -Iran strongly condemns what it deems “savage” Israeli attacks on Lebanon, following the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) strike on targets affiliated with the Tehran-backed Hezbollah terrorist organization.
In a statement, the Iranian foreign ministry urges the United Nations, the international community, and regional countries to address the warmongering of Israel while expressing condolences for the loss of Lebanese lives during the attacks.
Yesterday, Israel asserted that it carried out a series of strikes against targets belonging to the group in its stronghold in southern Lebanon.
Israel maintains its right to strike Hezbollah targets in violation of the ceasefire agreement, citing the organization’s efforts to reconstitute its capabilities in south Lebanon.
