SEAN PAYTON downplays TOM BRADY’s dual role concerns

Friday, September 19, 2025 -Denver Broncos coach Sean Payton dismissed worries about Tom Brady’s unusual situation as both a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders and a broadcaster for Fox.

He said, “It doesn’t concern me,” noting that Brady mostly covers NFC games, which limits any conflict with AFC teams like the Raiders.

Fans and analysts have raised questions about whether Brady’s positions could create awkward conflicts of interest. Some argue his access to teams and locker rooms through broadcasting might blur lines, but others see Payton’s relaxed stance as a sign that the issue is being overstated.

The NFL could face scrutiny if Brady’s broadcasting duties ever involve AFC West matchups directly tied to the Raiders. For now, Payton seems focused on football, leaving the controversy for league officials and media critics to debate.
