Friday, February 18, 2022 – Celebrated Tanzanian singer, Ali Kiba, did not provide any maintenance or prenatal care when his wife Amina was pregnant with their first child.
Amina, who has filed for a divorce at the Kadhi’s Court, further revealed that Ali Kiba failed to clear her hospital bill after she gave birth.
“Kiba even failed to clear my hospital bill for the birth of our child,’’ she said in the affidavit.
She further said that the singer would abuse her in front of his friends, adding that no human intervention can salvage their marriage and that’s why she is seeking a divorce.
She left her matrimonial home with her son in 2019 and moved back to Mombasa.
She tried to reach out to Kiba to resolve their matrimonial disputes but her efforts did not yield fruits.
