Logan star DAFNE KEEN reveals she was offered cocaine at 11 years old at Hollywood parties

Thursday, November 5, 2026 - Hollywood actress Dafne Keen has revealed a disturbing experience from her childhood, saying she was offered cocaine at industry parties when she was just 11 years old.

The 21-year-old actress, best known for playing Laura, also known as X-23, alongside Hugh Jackman in the 2017 film Logan, made the revelation during an appearance on Michael Rosenbaum's Inside of You podcast on November 3, 2026. Her account has reignited conversations about the exposure of child actors to adult lifestyles and substance use within the entertainment industry.

Keen explained that she encountered drug and alcohol culture at film wrap parties when she was approximately 11, 12 and 13. She said the experiences influenced her decision to stay away from drugs and excessive drinking as she grew older.

The actress also revealed that she sometimes pretended to have already taken drugs as a teenager to avoid pressure from people encouraging her to drink. She did not identify the individuals who allegedly offered her cocaine.

Keen also praised her Logan co-star Hugh Jackman, describing him as a protective figure who ensured her working hours were respected and that she felt safe on set.

Her revelations have raised fresh questions about child protection and accountability within Hollywood, particularly at industry events where young performers may encounter environments designed for adults.

Keen's experience highlights the importance of stronger safeguards for minors working in entertainment and the responsibility of adults to protect young talent from harmful exposure.

As her comments attract international attention, the discussion extends beyond Hollywood to the wider issue of ensuring that children can pursue successful careers without being exposed to dangerous adult pressures.
