Friday, September 18, 2026 - A disturbing investigation in Philadelphia has intensified after police uncovered more than one million photographs and videos inside a home linked to seven missing women.
Investigators say the digital files include footage showing women who appear unconscious or lifeless, while one video reportedly shows Raymond “R.C.” Horsch places a zip tie around a woman’s neck before she appears to become lifeless. Police have identified 58 people in the material and are continuing to examine the evidence.
Authorities now fear five of the seven women connected to the property may be dead, although no human remains have been recovered. Two women, Blair Tonzelli and Amy McHale, remain missing.
Investigators have also recovered five urns containing cremated remains and more than 20 containers holding unidentified substances from the basement, but officials have cautioned that the materials have not yet been conclusively linked to the missing women.
The scale of the evidence is making the investigation increasingly urgent. The FBI is still reviewing the enormous collection of digital files, with officials saying only a portion has been examined so far.
Police are working to authenticate the footage, identify additional people appearing in the files and determine what happened to the missing women. Eugene Horsch, who lived at the property with his father, remains in federal custody on firearms-related charges and has not been charged in connection with the women's disappearances or deaths.
