Friday, September 24, 2026 - Macklemore has announced a new “Free Palestine” arena tour after being removed from Ed Sheeran’s US Loop tour following his pro-Palestinian comments on stage.
The Grammy-winning rapper will begin the new run in Europe, with confirmed performances in Dublin on October 26, Paris on October 29 and London on October 30.
The announcement comes days after Macklemore was dropped from Sheeran’s tour. The promoter said venues had indicated they would not allow Macklemore to remain on the lineup, while Sheeran later said the decision was made by the tour promoter and that he had attempted to find a resolution.
Macklemore has continued to defend his decision to use his platform to speak about Palestinians and Gaza.
Macklemore says the new concerts will bring together musicians and friends while raising funds for humanitarian causes supporting Palestinians.
All proceeds from the announced shows are set to benefit organizations involved in medical care, humanitarian assistance, education and community support. More performers and US dates are expected to be announced as the tour develops.
