Wednesday, September 23, 2026 - A dispute surrounding Dolly Parton’s estate has spilled into public view following court filings accusing her nephew, Bryan Seaver, of making threats and attempting to interfere with the singer’s business interests.
The legal action was filed in Nashville by She’s Alive, the entity overseeing Parton’s professional property and business affairs. The filing seeks a restraining order to keep Seaver away from employees, attorneys and business partners as tensions surrounding the estate continue to escalate.
