Saturday, September 12, 2026 - The death toll from Israeli attacks on Lebanon since March 2 has risen to 4,383, according to Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health, with another 12,406 people reported wounded.
The figures, covering the period through September 10, highlight the continuing human cost of the conflict as attacks and military operations persist in parts of southern Lebanon.
The latest figures bring the cumulative toll from Israeli attacks on Lebanon since October 8, 2023, to 8,950 deaths and 30,642 injuries, according to the Lebanese Health Ministry.
Recent strikes have continued to hit areas in the south, including locations around Tyre and Nabatieh, adding to concerns over civilian safety and the growing pressure on Lebanon’s healthcare system.
The rising casualty figures come as tensions remain high despite a framework agreement reached in June.
