Thursday, August 27, 2026 -Kylie Jenner has revealed that she is considering another breast augmentation, openly admitting that she wants a much more dramatic look.
Speaking on the Better Half With Stas & Vic podcast, the 29-year-old reality star and entrepreneur said she wants her breasts to be “bigger and more out there,” joking that she wants them to make an entrance before she does.
The candid comments have quickly sparked attention online, particularly because Jenner has previously spoken about regretting her first breast surgery.
Jenner has been unusually open about her cosmetic surgery in recent years. She previously revealed that she had breast augmentation before becoming pregnant with her daughter Stormi and later said she wished she had waited until after having children.
In 2025, she also publicly disclosed details of her existing implants, saying they are 445cc silicone implants with a moderate profile and placed partly under the muscle.
Despite talking seriously about getting another procedure, Jenner suggested fans should not expect it immediately. She said she had originally considered having the surgery before turning 29 but now believes it may happen after she turns 30.
