Sunday, August 30, 2026 - Milo Yiannopoulos has been deported from the United States and returned to the United Kingdom after being detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), according to federal law enforcement sources cited by TMZ.
The British right-wing commentator and former executive
associated with Kanye West was taken from a holding facility in Alexandria,
Louisiana, and transported under federal authority to an airport in another
state, where he boarded a flight to the UK.
Sources said ICE received confirmation from UK authorities
that Yiannopoulos had arrived after leaving the United States. A spokesperson
for the Department of Homeland Security confirmed that he had been deported
“back to his home country.”
Yiannopoulos was arrested by ICE agents on Thursday night
after getting off a flight at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International
Airport. He was subsequently transferred to the Louisiana holding facility for
undocumented detainees awaiting deportation.
A federal judge issued Yiannopoulos a final removal order on
July 22, 2026, after he remained in the United States beyond his authorised
period of stay. He had legally entered the country in 2019.
