LIL WAYNE's ridiculous personal assistant demands revealed as part of new lawsuit

Wednesday, July 15, 2026- New court filings have revealed the extensive responsibilities allegedly expected of Lil Wayne's former personal assistant as part of an ongoing legal dispute.

According to documents filed in court, the assistant claims he was required to remain on call 24 hours a day, travel constantly, maintain strict confidentiality, manage the rapper's daily schedule, keep his phones charged, pack for trips, run personal errands, and even ensure his preferred rolling papers and pre-rolled cannabis products were always available.

The employment requirements also reportedly included maintaining a positive attitude, working well under pressure, being physically fit enough to carry luggage, having "pleasant personal hygiene," and being comfortable around children and pets.

The details emerged as evidence in a lawsuit brought by former assistant Andrew Williams, who alleges he was assaulted during an incident aboard a private jet and was later wrongfully dismissed. Lil Wayne has denied the assault allegations and has argued that he acted in self-defense.

As the legal battle continues, the newly disclosed job expectations have generated widespread discussion about the demands placed on personal assistants working for high-profile celebrities. The case is expected to remain under close public scrutiny as both sides continue presenting their arguments in court.
