Monday, May 11, 2026 - A teenage girl from West London has reportedly become the youngest person to be banned from entering every shop across England and Wales after repeatedly breaching a criminal behaviour order.
The girl, now 15, had originally been issued with a Criminal
Behaviour Order (CBO) in June last year after a series of incidents in West
London. The order prohibited her from entering any private retail or commercial
premises across England and Wales, alongside restrictions on visiting certain
areas and associating with specific individuals.
She later appeared before magistrates after admitting to
nine breaches of the order as well as two counts of common assault linked to
incidents during a fast-food-related disturbance in December.
According to prosecutors, the teenager and another girl
attacked two Uber Eats delivery drivers on New Year’s Eve during an altercation
over a Big Mac order. CCTV footage reportedly showed punches being thrown
before one of the drivers was kicked in the back. The court heard that one of
the delivery drivers later stopped working in the area because of the
incidents.
The teenager was also accused of entering a Greggs branch
despite the nationwide retail ban and was later arrested after allegedly
causing a disturbance outside a German Doner Kebab outlet. During proceedings
at Ealing Magistrates' Court, the defence reportedly argued that ADHD had
contributed to her behaviour.
However, magistrate Rex Da Rocha criticised her conduct,
telling the teenager that the public needed protection from her behaviour. She
was handed an 18-month youth rehabilitation order, a four-month curfew,
electronic tagging requirements and ordered to pay a £296 fine.
