Meanwhile, Ukrainian sources indicated that a separate strike targeted an oil depot in occupied Luhansk, sparking a large fire and disrupting fuel storage operations.
Belgorod, which borders northeastern Ukraine, has frequently reported drone incursions and shelling incidents in recent months. Russian authorities claim air defenses intercepted multiple projectiles, but acknowledged infrastructure damage from debris or impact. In Luhansk, images circulating on social media showed thick smoke rising from the reported oil facility, though independent verification remains limited.
