TRUMP moves to nullify BIDEN’s autopen‑signed orders

Sunday, November 30, 2025 -
Donald J. Trump has announced that he plans to immediately invalidate all executive orders and other official documents signed under Joe Biden that were allegedly finalized using an “autopen.”

In a post on his social‑media platform, Trump declared: “Any document signed by … Biden with the Autopen … is hereby terminated, and of no further force or effect.” He claimed roughly 92 % of Biden’s directives fall under that category.

Trump further accused Biden’s team of “illegally” using the mechanical device to sign orders without the president’s direct involvement. He threatened that if Biden says otherwise — that he personally approved those signatures — he could face perjury charges.

While the move is being pitched as a sweeping overhaul, many legal analysts warn that such cancellations may face serious judicial challenges.

Historically, autopen signatures — when used under the direction of the president — have been treated as valid, and this sudden mass annulment could create enormous uncertainty around which of Biden’s decisions still hold legal weight.
