Sunday, November 9, 2025 -Spanish authorities have arrested 13 suspected members of Venezuela’s notorious Tren de Aragua criminal organization in a coordinated operation across multiple cities.
The arrests follow an investigation into the gang’s involvement in drug trafficking, extortion, and organized crime activities targeting both Spanish and Latin American communities.
Police say the operation dismantled key cells of the gang operating in Spain, seizing weapons, cash, and evidence linking suspects to transnational criminal networks. Authorities emphasized that the arrests are part of a broader effort to disrupt the gang’s operations across Europe and prevent further criminal activity.
Officials are warning that investigations are ongoing and additional arrests are possible. Spanish law enforcement agencies are urging the public to report any suspicious activity connected to the group, highlighting the importance of community vigilance in tackling organized crime.
