HANNAH HIDALGO delivers historic night for Notre Dame Fighting Irish women’s basketball

Thursday, November 13, 2025 -Hannah Hidalgo exploded onto the court for a standout performance on Wednesday night, scoring 44 points and stealing the ball 16 times, guiding the No. 18 Notre Dame Fighting Irish to an 85‒58 win over Akron Zips. Her 44 points set a new single‑game scoring record for the program.

On the defensive end, her 16 steals broke the NCAA Division I record for steals in a single game, surpassing the previous mark of 14.
