BUFFETT gives $1.3 billion to four charities in latest letter

Tuesday, November 11, 2025 -Warren Buffett has donated $1.3 billion to four major charities, marking one of his largest annual philanthropic contributions.

The billionaire investor highlighted the critical role these organizations play in education, health, and global welfare, emphasizing that strategic giving can drive lasting impact.

Buffett’s letter also underscored his continued commitment to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, alongside support for other initiatives focused on poverty alleviation and disease prevention.

His approach combines financial generosity with careful oversight, aiming to ensure the funds are used efficiently and reach communities in need.

The donations arrive amid a broader wave of high-profile philanthropy, reflecting growing pressure on the ultra-wealthy to address systemic challenges.

Buffett’s move is likely to inspire other billionaires to increase their giving, particularly to causes that target structural inequities and promote long-term social change.
