Wednesday, October 1, 2025 - Cassie has urged a federal judge to impose a heavy sentence on Sean “Diddy” Combs, telling the court she is permanently scarred by years of threats, violence, and coercive s3x acts during their 11-year relationship.
In a letter submitted to Judge Arun Subramanian ahead of
Diddy’s sentencing on Friday, October 3, the singer described being groomed,
manipulated, and subjected to disturbing abuse while under the hip-hop mogul’s
control. Diddy was convicted on two counts under the Mann Act, which prohibits
transporting individuals across state lines for prostitution.
Cassie wrote that she felt trapped as Diddy allegedly used
threats and drugs to control both her personal life and her career. She
recounted how he “groomed” her into “performing repeated s3x acts with hired
male s3x workers during multi-day ‘freak-offs,’ which occurred nearly weekly.”
She said Diddy demanded she participate in encounters with male escorts and
threatened to leak recordings to destroy her reputation if she refused.
She also referenced the 2016 beating at Los Angeles’
Intercontinental Hotel, caught on surveillance footage, saying she lived in
constant fear, “always in a state of hypervigilance while anticipating
demands for s3x or otherwise fear of retribution.”
Even years later, Cassie told the court she suffers
“nightmares and flashbacks on a regular, everyday basis, and continue to
require psychological care to cope with my past.” She added that she has moved
her family out of New York, fearing retaliation. “I’m so scared that if Diddy
walks free, his first actions will be swift retribution towards me and others
who spoke up about his abuse at trial,” she wrote.
Judge Subramanian will decide Diddy’s sentence on Friday,
October 3.
