Saturday, February 19, 2022 – Former Mungiki leader, Maina Njenga, has predicted the number of votes former Prime Minister Raila Odinga will get from the Mt Kenya region during the August 9th Presidential election.
Raila, together with Deputy President William Ruto, are fighting tooth and nail to ensure they get the lion’s share of the Mt Kenya vote bloc.
Njenga likened Raila Odinga to a tractor and claimed that he will climb up the mountain by himself since he is a machine and took an aim at DP William Ruto who has been donating wheelbarrows to the youths.
“Baba can climb the mountain and he will be very successful. When others climb it with wheelbarrows, he will be climbing it with a tractor.
“A tractor is a machine that goes on itself, but a wheelbarrow uses human strength. Tinga will get over 60 percent.” Njenga said.
He also laughed off claims that Baba was too old to be President and explained that the age factor should not be a concern to the voters as he referred to the United States President Joe Biden who is Raila Odinga’s agemate.
