Friday, October 2, 2026 - Hayden Panettiere’s engagement ring from her former fiancé, Wladimir Klitschko, is reportedly missing following the actress’s death in August.
The emerald-cut diamond ring, which Panettiere and Klitschko became engaged in over a decade ago, was estimated at the time to be worth as much as $500,000. According to a report, people close to Panettiere believe the sentimental piece of jewelry disappeared during the final days of her life.
Panettiere and Klitschko were together on and off from 2009 until 2018 and share an 11-year-old daughter, Kaya. The reported disappearance of the ring comes as questions surrounding Panettiere’s estate continue to emerge.
Klitschko has filed an urgent court petition seeking temporary guardianship of Kaya’s estate, citing concerns that jewelry and other personal belongings belonging to Panettiere have disappeared or remain unaccounted for.
The legal developments have brought renewed attention to the actress’s belongings and the protection of her daughter’s inheritance. Court filings allege that some property was removed from Panettiere’s Los Angeles home during an ongoing investigation, while other valuables are reportedly being held by authorities.
A hearing concerning Klitschko’s request is scheduled for October 8, as efforts continue to determine who will manage Panettiere’s estate and safeguard Kaya’s inheritance.
