Friday, July 31, 2026 -Netflix is facing a $105 million lawsuit after an unencrypted master copy of the unreleased World War II spy thriller Fortitude was reportedly stolen from its Los Angeles offices.
The producers claim the loss has severely damaged the film's commercial value by increasing the risk of piracy and disrupting planned distribution and awards campaigns. The movie features a star-studded cast including Nicolas Cage, Matthew Goode, Michael Sheen, Ben Kingsley, and Ron Perlman.
