GORDON RAMSAY opens Disneyland restaurant

Friday, July 17, 2026- Gordon Ramsay has officially opened his first restaurant at Disneyland Resort, bringing a taste of Britain to California with the launch of The Carnaby in Downtown Disney.

The stylish gastropub offers a modern take on classic British favourites, including Beef Wellington, fish and chips, bangers and mash, and sticky toffee pudding. Designed with a vibrant "Cool Britannia" theme, the restaurant aims to give visitors a premium dining experience beyond the traditional theme park menu.

The celebrity chef said opening a restaurant at Disneyland has been a long-time dream, describing the location as the perfect place for families, friends, and couples to enjoy quality food in a lively atmosphere.

Ramsay also revealed that his six children regularly help taste-test new dishes, ensuring the menu appeals to guests of all ages. Demand has been overwhelming, with reservations selling out almost immediately after bookings opened.

The Carnaby is expected to become one of Downtown Disney's biggest dining attractions, drawing both Disney fans and food lovers eager to experience Ramsay's latest culinary venture.

With its unique British-inspired concept and strong early response, the new restaurant is already shaping up to be one of the resort's hottest destinations.
