ADAM BACK denies he is SATOSHI NAKAMOTO after investigation

Friday, April 10, 2026-Cryptographer Adam Back has firmly denied claims that he is Satoshi Nakamoto, the mysterious creator of Bitcoin, following a fresh investigation that reignited speculation about the identity behind the world’s first cryptocurrency.

The report, which drew attention for its detailed analysis, quickly gained traction online—but Back moved swiftly to shut it down, calling the claims unfounded and misleading.

Back, a respected figure in the crypto space and CEO of Blockstream, has long been linked to Nakamoto due to his early work on cryptographic systems that influenced Bitcoin’s development.

However, he made it clear that while he contributed to ideas that shaped the technology, he is not the person behind the Nakamoto pseudonym. His response underscores a familiar pattern in the crypto world, where theories about Bitcoin’s creator continue to surface despite repeated denials from those named.

The renewed debate highlights the enduring mystery surrounding Satoshi Nakamoto, whose true identity remains one of the biggest unanswered questions in modern technology.

As Bitcoin continues to evolve and dominate global finance conversations, the intrigue around its origins shows no signs of fading—regardless of how many times leading figures like Adam Back distance themselves from the легендary name.
