Monday, March 30, 2026-An expert on weapons proliferation has warned that Iran’s ongoing war with the United States and Israel is being supplied in part by weaponry linked to North Korea.
According to Professor Bruce Bechtol, North Korea has historically transferred significant missile technology to Iran, helping expand Tehran’s ability to strike distant targets beyond its borders.
He highlighted that North Korea provided Iran with No Dong ballistic missile systems decades ago and assisted in establishing production facilities on Iranian soil—actions that have strengthened Iran’s long‑range strike capacity.
