TRUMP and Mr BONE saw stage love-in as Saudi’s $1tn wipes the bloody slate clean

Wednesday, November 19, 2025-
In a stunning show of reconciliation, Donald Trump has lavished praise on Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, often derided as “Mr. Bone Saw” over the Jamal Khashoggi murder, as the Kingdom pledged nearly $1 trillion in new investments into the U.S. economy.

This isn’t just financial fireworks—Trump’s administration also struck a sweeping strategic defense pact with Riyadh, reinforcing decades of military ties.

What makes this moment especially striking is how Trump shrugged off past controversy: he publicly downplayed Khashoggi’s assassination, calling it “things happen,” even as intelligence reports clearly point to bin Salman’s approval of the killing.

According to the White House, the newly signed agreements include civilian nuclear cooperation, critical-minerals collaboration, and a major AI partnership—sectors that could reshape U.S. industrial strength.

This deal marks a dramatic recalibration of U.S.-Saudi relations, with economic and defense interests overshadowing earlier moral and human-rights concerns. With nearly a trillion dollars on the table, Trump is betting hard on this alliance to drive job creation, tech innovation, and geopolitical leverage.

Whether critics see it as a brazen whitewash or a masterstroke of realpolitik, one thing is clear: the world is watching, and the bill for this “love-in” could be paid for years to come.
