Israeli forces fatally shoot 2 Palestinians after they appeared to surrender

Sunday, November 30, 2025 -Two Palestinian men were killed this week by Israeli security forces during a raid in the West Bank city of Jenin — even though video footage and witness accounts show them surrendering and unarmed.

The footage shows the men emerging from a building with raised hands and lifted shirts, apparently to show they carried no weapons or explosives. They were ordered to the ground, then — after being told to return inside a structure — gunshots rang out and they collapsed.
