Wednesday, October 29, 2025 - DDG and Halle Bailey have reached a temporary agreement in their custody dispute over their child after months of back-and-forth.
According to TMZ, the former couple and parents of
one-year-old Halo have dropped their domestic violence restraining orders
(DVRO) against each other.
The filing was approved on Monday (Oct. 27), pushing them
closer to a resolution in the bitter custody battle in which they both accused
each other of mental and physical abuse. While they’ve dropped their DVRO
requests, they are able to open them again in the future.
DDG and Bailey have agreed on a temporary custody agreement
that will see the former with custody of Halo on Wednesdays and select
weekends, and Bailey with custody of their son on the remaining days. They’ve
also agreed to implement a different schedule in two months.
As part of their temporary agreement, they aren’t
allowed to publicly disparage each other or post their child on social media.
The news comes not long after the restraining
order between the two, which was originally scheduled to end on Oct. 15,
was extended until Nov. 5.
