Friday, October 31, 2025 - Juventus has officially appointed former Napoli manager Luciano Spalletti to take charge of the Italian giants’ starting this weekend.
The appointment follows the club's decision to part ways with
Igor Tudor on Monday. The Croatian manager's tenure ended after the Bianconeri
failed to secure a win in their last eight matches.
The club released a statement saying: “We are delighted to
welcome a coach with such expertise and experience to the Bianconeri family:
welcome to Juventus and good luck, coach!”
This marks Juventus’s third managerial change in 2025 alone,
a statistic that highlights the recent turbulence the team has faced. Spalletti
will be tasked with swiftly establishing his authority and ensuring his methods
resonate with the players.
Juve currently sit seventh in Serie A despite a recent 3-1
win over Udinese in midweek. Spalletti's first match in charge will be against
Jamie Vardy's Cremonese on Saturday.
