Thursday, October 2, 2025 - A
South African lawyer, Milton Hosea has advised parents to avoid engaging in
physical and verbal altercations in front of their children.
He argued that if parents can hide to have s3x so their
children won't see them, they should do the same during quarrels.
According to Hosea, children who witness domestic violence
are likely to lose respect for marriage.
“Parents,
hear this. You hide to make love so your children won’t see you. Good. But why
don’t you also hide when you want to quarrel? Stop quarreling in the presence
of your children,” he wrote in a Facebook post on Wednesday.
Because when
you fight before them: You plant fear in their hearts. You reduce their respect
for marriage. You teach them that shouting and insult is the normal language of
love.
Quarrel in private. Correct each other in private. Protect their little minds. Remember, children don’t forget what they see. As you hide your romance, hide your quarrel too. Thank you.
