Wednesday, July 2, 2025 - Gina Huynh, an ex-girlfriend of Diddy whose name surfaced during his criminal trial, said she is not afraid of the music mogul despite the ongoing case and potential acquittal.
Huynh was leaving a Whole Foods in Las Vegas on Monday, June
30, when asked if she believed Diddy would be found not guilty. She said she
was unsure about the jury’s verdict, as deliberations had just begun, but
indicated she would not be scared if he were acquitted.
Prosecutors had identified Huynh as Victim No. 3 in the
indictment, labeling her as an alleged victim of sex trafficking. However, she
did not testify during the trial. Federal officials had struggled to contact
her and were uncertain if she would appear despite a subpoena.
Diddy’s defense attorney, Marc Agnifilo, questioned the
government’s inability to secure her testimony, suggesting prosecutors chose
not to call her as a witness. Huynh reportedly did not cooperate with the
prosecution and expressed no desire to testify.
During the trial, Huynh’s name was mentioned multiple times.
Other alleged victims and ex-partners testified about jealousy involving her
relationship with Diddy, and a former assistant recalled an incident where
Diddy threw objects at her. Despite past allegations of physical, mental, and
emotional abuse by Huynh, she now insists that Diddy was never dangerous to
her.
