Saturday, February 19, 2022 – A Caucasian lady based in Diani is counting losses after her lavish hotel was demolished on Friday.
In a video that has gone viral, the distressed lady is seen complaining about the demolition and terming it illegal.
It has now emerged that Royal Media Services Chairman and Raila Odinga’s friend, SK Macharia, is behind the demolition.
He had a court battle with the lady over the ownership of the land where the hotel is built.
Reports indicate that the court ruled in favor of the media mogul after he bribed the judge who was handling the case.
The foreign lady is crying foul after her multi-million investment was destroyed within minutes.
She shared heartbreaking videos of the posh hotel being demolished and said there is no respect for the rule of law in Kenya.
‘’Help us!! SK Macharia together with the police are demolishing our hotel.
“There is no respect for the law in Kenya. This is how foreign investors are treated in Kenya,’’ she ranted on social media.
