Saturday, February 19, 2022– An online opinion poll conducted by renowned political analyst, Mutahi Ngunyi, has shown that former Prime Minister Raila Odinga has the ‘tyranny of numbers’ with Deputy President William Ruto trailing badly.
Mutahi had asked Kenyans on whom among Raila, Ruto, and One Kenya Alliance (OKA) would they vote for president.
Surprisingly, Raila Odinga, who has been trailing in dozens of opinion polls, came first with 49.6 percent followed closely by DP Ruto with 43.3 percent. OKA managed 1.8 percent while 5.3 percent was undecided.
Over 58,000 Kenyans participated in the poll.
This is good news to Raila Odinga and his presidential campaign team as it indicates that Baba has started gaining ground as the election date nears.
