Sunday, 27 February 2022 – About a week ago, Ruto’s ardent supporter, Joseph Ochieng Obude, was abducted by people claiming to be police officers and brutally murdered.
Fresh details have emerged on the macabre murder of the young man, who was very popular in Dagoretti North.
According to Deputy President William Ruto’s digital strategist, Dennis Itumbi, Obude was abducted and bundled into a probox by two men.
He had received threats from a Kieleweke female politician before he was abducted and killed.
Itumbi revealed that Obude died a painful death since his eyes had been gouged out.
His body was found at a mortuary in Nyeri.
