Sunday, February 20, 2022 – Former Lang’ata parliamentary aspirant, Stanley Livondo, has revealed the main reason why President Uhuru Kenyatta fell out with his Deputy, William Ruto.

Speaking at Thika Stadium during the Thanksgiving ceremony of Gatundu South Member of Parliament, Moses Kuria on Saturday, Livondo claimed that there have been two attempts to kill the President.

One of the incidents Livondo said is when Uhuru was flying from Kisumu to Nairobi when his plane almost crashed.

The second attempt to assassinate the president was when he was flying to the United States through Dubai. On learning that his plane was targeted to be brought down, the president aborted his trip and returned to Kenya.

This led the president to cut ties with Ruto who is believed to be behind the assassination plots.

“If your friend who is so close to you like a brother attempts to crash a plane that you are on board more than twice, will you forgive him? 

“In the first instance, President Uhuru was flying from Kisumu to Nairobi while on the second attempt he was headed to the United States through Dubai. 

“The plane was forced to divert to Kenya because of the botched attempt to crash his plane,” Livondo said.
