Ati you carried RAILA on your shoulders, shame on you! OBURU’s son shuts WETANGULA’s mouth permanently.

Saturday, February 19, 2022 – EALA MP Oburu Odinga’s son, Jaoko Oburu, has blasted Ford Kenya Party Leader Moses Wetang’ula for describing Raila as a heavy burden to support politically.

“Sisi tulibeba huyu mzee wa kitendawili. 2013 alinikalia kwa mabega tukizunguka , 2017 tulibeba yeye. Sisi ndio tumebebana na huyo mzee na ni mzigo mzito (We carried this old man. In 2013, he sat on my shoulders as we walked around, 2017 we carried him. We are the ones who have borne the burden of the old man,” Wetangula said.

Similar sentiments were echoed by Mudavadi who said enough is enough and that they are not going to carry Baba on their shoulders anymore.

But in a quick rejoinder, the Siaya County CEC in Charge of Roads, Public Works, fired salvos at the Bungoma Senator, saying Wetangula has no political muscles to support the former prime minister.

Jaoko, who recently pulled out of the Lang’ata parliamentary race said the Kenya Kwanza co-principal cannot even hold a political rally of more than 50 people.

“Wetangula has the nerve to claim that he carried Raila Odinga on his shoulder.

“Hilarious! Weta can’t hold a rally of more than 50 people and he is chest-thumping. 9th August 2022 he will be humbled,” Oburu tweeted.

Oburu, who is also the Chairman of Youth for The Handshake Alliance (TOTHA), had expressed his interest to succeed Lang’ata MP Nixon Korir but opted out of the race to focus on helping his uncle and former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga, clinch the presidency in the August 9 elections.
